Referring to the portion of a wheel brake which slows the rotation of the wheels/tires to slow or stop a vehicle. Friction is applied through pads by way of a caliper to reduce the rotational speed. How can I remove a seized brake disc?
In my experience when removing the old type of brake hubs you would need to hit quite hard without that hurting the bearings.
You might try spraying the disc with WD-40 and let that soak in for a bit …
