I have a 2014 Accord. Started having the dead feeling in pushing the starter button, finally left me stranded in a parking lot and got towed to Honda. Just heard from the guy there that they are replacing the started and communicator between starter and engine. He actually acknowledged that there has been an issue and that Honda has redesigned the part! Luckily mine is covered under my extended warranty (read pre-paid fixes) and they rented me a car. So we will see. Just hoping this never happens again with this reworked part.
