I stopped contributing regularly to Stack Exchange when Monica Cellio had her moderator privileges revoked after seeking clarification on new community standards in good faith. I support having community standards that are inclusive, but I also expect consultation with the community when those standards are being updated.
When I see evidence that Stack Exchange gives due consideration to their volunteer contributors when making changes that affect the community, I may consider contributing regularly again. I will not volunteer my time to a corporation that is more focused on profit (and/or the pet priorities of their executive team) than creating value for their primary contributors (experts) and users.
