I am a former QA Software Engineer. I do not "code' but have taken courses and am an eager learner who works toward finding resolutions to "problems" ... and if that happens to take me down a road where I might encounter code language, I will attempt to follow that road for as long as I can until I am forced to stop and "ask directions".
