Vehicle is stationary but live data from ECU says Vehicle Speed is 255 km/h, throwing codes P0717 & P0793 and no reversing

You are getting the 255 because of the system not having any continuity to the sensors. It's the fall back for the system when there's no connectivity from the ECU to the sensors. My suggestion to you ...
