I'm thinking of using C.O.P. ignition in a 1992 2300cc Ranger with an 8 plug head. I would disconnect primary wiring that runs from the ICM to each of the 2 coils, AT THE COILS. Then, hardwire the same wiring to each of the (8) coils from a 5.4 FORD. You could possibly use only 4 plugs and COP ignition if you don't have 20 degree F. weather. Removal of the ...
