This tag should be used for queries which address, imply, or question issues and/or symptoms which may be and/or are known to be attributed to flaws from the factory. Meaning that failure of the component(s) is not due to lack of maintenance, abuse, misuse, or any other reasonably expected diligence of the owner/operator. This tag SHOULD NOT be used for issues which would in all other cases be considered a reasonable cause for failure.
