we have a Geely LCX 1.3. The radiator blew a few months ago and we immediately stopped driving it. First we had the head skimmed and pressure tested and replaced the gasket and also had the radiator repaired as it cracked at the neck base against the radiator. Still air bubbles came from the radiator neck. We replaced the gasket again and also bled the radiator. Still air bubbles were visible. We then replaced the radiator and also checked the heater radiator. Still air bubbles. We checked every single pipe and found no holes or any sign of leaks. Now I read on other forums that it could be the water pump... any ideas on what else could be the problem? Anyone with a Geely having the same problem?
