I have been hearing a creaking/squeaking sound from the front of my car when turning at slow speeds. I have noticed that when I usually hear the noise when I am turning the wheel and breaking. To confirm this, I sit in my drive way and turn the wheel from lock to lock. I can hear the sound when my foot is on the break, and I don't hear it when I take it off.

I have also noticed (most times coming up to a stop light) that my car pulls a little to the left when breaking.

I know that the noise is not coming from the strut mounts since I have just replaced them. Any ideas on what can be causing this and how to test?

My car is a 2011 Honda Civic with about 100,000 miles.
