I am using Yamaha FZ. Sometimes in morning, the bike is not start with electric as well as kick start. When i put it in gears and tried to move the bike, it will move like neutral gear. If I move the bike long with gear the friction inside the engine become increase and engine may starts.

What is this issue?

I believe that your motorcycle has a one way sprag clutch. This is most likely your failure point. When the attacks on internet ease up you can likely verify this and even find some videos on how it works. Failure is likely the sprags themselves or the gears driving the inner or outer ring.
