Engineers like to hedge their bets... unless you have access to the full code run in the ecu how do you know what is tested, checked or compared? One thing we used to say (and still do) is some “mechanics” are just fitters ie they fit what yhe computer tells them to... how many posts do we see on here where they have changed components A to Z and still not found the issue. | |
