2006 model polo hatchPolo hatchback 1.4 BLM engine overheating

My water is always on max markmark and when iI drive after the heat gauge isremains normal it start. It starts smoking from the water bottle and the water starts boiling then iI have to cool it down and fill water again till iI can carry on there.

There is no leak, the water and oil isare not mixing the.

The heat gauge is always normal, it never went up please help.
