Mar 7, 2016 at 16:14 comment added GettingNifty So far it's been starting fine I've just taken the main fuse out and left the faceplate off.. Should I connect the face plate and see if it drains?
Mar 7, 2016 at 16:05 comment added I have no idea what I'm doing @GettingNifty did you try disconnecting the amplifier? The amp has a connection for a remote wire. When 12V is passed from the CD player the amplifier is turned on. If the player is malfunctioning and staying on constantly then it can keep the amp on as well. If the drain slows down after disconnecting the amp voltage wire then this is definitely the case.
Mar 5, 2016 at 13:53 comment added GettingNifty Well last night there was no moisture and it was perfectly fine all night and started when I got off work, I also noticed that the battery terminal was disconnected on one side.. So you've got to be right.. I guess I'm gonna need a new CD player. Yes I have a Kicker kx 350.2 bridgeable. I do not have a capacitor installed
