Would changing to an air suspension give a smoother ride? I agree. Instead of air suspension, make sure tires, struts, and the various suspension bushings are in good shape. |

The car won't start, not even click, but everything else works fine in the car The lights take a lot less amperage than the starter, so sometimes the lights come one but the starter won't turn over the engine. Usually the starter makes a click (at a minimum) when this happens. |

Does length of jumper cable matter while jumpstarting a motorcycle from car battery as a booster? I agree with what Nick says. Also, you may be able to "fix" your battery (for a while) by adding water to it or replacing the acid. Some maintenance free batteries have caps you can pry off for that. (This is probably not recommended by the manufacturer, so it may be dangerous.) |
