2005 pacifica rear window shatters Somehow the window frame could be tweaked too. You don't have to be in an accident to bend stuff, I shifted my alignment last year in a stiff snow bank. |

breaking in (running in) a very small engine Keep in mind that break-in at one position gives you less drive-ability, but sounds like you'll be pegged the whole time anyways. Try to roll on and off the throttle and let the engine decelerate, but use high rpms if that's what it wants. You aren't going to get 100K mi. out of it anyways :) |

Car starts fine cold or warm, but has trouble inbetween I agree with the approach, but I think you can eliminate the check valve. The engine would leak more fuel after cooling than it would after a brief stop. This could also be applied to the injectors, but somewhat not. |

2004 Chevy Malibu jerks when deceleration is followed by acceleration between 25-40 mph Does your car have a torque lockout? If so your car could be shifting in odd ways and the result is jerky shifts. |
