Should I grease an axle when I replace it on my motorcycle I agree, and as a rule of thumb. If you have something open enough to do routine maintenance (like grease things), do it. Things like grease costs pennies and will give you many more miles. |

Tachometer doesnt show correct RPM sometimes By analog I think he is referring to if there is a cable attached to the back of the gauge (middle of the dial) or does it just have wires (digital signal). |

Engaging the parking brake: Before or after shifting into park? What matters more is how much strain is on the transmission after releasing the pedal. A lot of people don't even use the parking brake, but if you're OCD. Apply parking brake, shift to neutral, release brake pedal, reapply pedal and shift to park. |
