I found a sticker on the inside of my truck door that said Tires 40PSI. I think this means the tires should be inflated to 40PSI on this truck. Right now the front are 33psi and rear are 25psi. I think that explains the sink. I'll air them up and see.

On the inside of the tire the DOT # is more complete, ending in 5109. According to my research this means the tire was born in the 51st week of 2009.

The side says nylon tread 6 plies, sidewall 4 plies.

I don't know if it's smallblock or bigblock or how to tell. I believe the original engine was a 454, but this engine is definitely smaller. Two guys better than I said it was a 354.

+1 @Nick C - This is more what I was looking for. Discount tire told me they did the submersion test and see no bubbles. I also realize 10psi/month is not a severe leak. Its just annoying to hit the gas station every month and air up my 1 tire. Especially because this has happened since I bought the car brand new...
