This isn't a real, answerable question. Some cars will be fine at 200,000 miles. Some may be worn out at half that. All cars have different maintenance schedules. And a maintenance schedule followed well, will keep a car running well for years. I wouldn't even think of replacing any of my cars until 140-150k, and I drive them very hard. Voted to close as opinion based.

Can you clarify - is there clearance when the steering is forward but not when turning? Or is it the shocks compressing that makes the tire hit? Either way it's not the tire manufacturer - as long as you have the right size tire on, the manufacturer is irrelevant. Photos would be a useful help
