Scooter won't start I wouldn't have expected the manual to have diagnosis instructions, but I would expect it to have a parts list and locations for each? If not, I googled your scooter type and found PDF manuals for engine and electrics, so the information is freely available. |

Airbag warning light Mike - I am not talking about taking a warranty to the dealer. I am taking about the warranty they give you on the pays they fit. The other content of your comment is exactly what I said in my answer. |

Bumpy ride after brake, strut replacement? Are you seriously lumping all mechanics in with some who are rude? That's like saying there are no honest lawyers, politicians, or in fact any industry at all. There are some amazing mechanics, some who go the extra mile for no extra reward. Some of whom may be on this site giving free advice and guidance. I know my mechanic has sorted out various things for me that he should have charged for. Simple reason for the edit - it added nothing to the question at all, and in fact could lead to you getting downvotes. |

Have a 2013 chevy cruz have a funny sound when applying the brakes. The drums, pads and shoes among other things were replaced Please any thoughts? Please describe the noise. 'Funny' doesn't tell us anything. If it is a squeal or a grind then we have a range of questions which cover this off so use the search function first. |

Why does a Turbocharger only produce boost when the engine is under load Hi Phil. Unlike online forums, here we just answer questions with answers. We don't use this as an extended discussion, so you will be best off asking a new question (or in this case, possibly a series of questions) |

Shutting off fans at highway speeds Yeah - the power requirement for AC is almost all the compressor. The fans on these things are low power as they don't need to move air fast, just keep it moving. |
