comment Sequence for bleeding brake lines?
Since my master cylinder is located on the driver side (up front) I guess I would do Rear Passenger side, Rear Driver side, Front Passenger Side, Front Driver side.

comment Amplifier is causing battery drain
One possibility is a faulty connection to the head unit and/or amplifier. Check the constant power lines and the remote wire which goes to the amp signaling on or off. Depending on how your head unit is wired, if the system can be turned on without the key this may be an issue

comment Ford Escape 2014 - is there a practical reason why climate recirculation is on a timer?
@ᴘᴀᴜʟsᴛᴇʀ2 is right, Im pretty sure you cant die from lack of oxygen in a car its not a vacuum.

comment What's this part? Hanging from left rear of Subaru 99 legacy.
as a blind guess it looks to be potentially the housing for a bulb of some kind but it is very difficult to tell, maybe check to see if all of your lights function in the rear of the car? brakes reverse etc

Can you tell where it connects to? and it may help to clarify driver or passenger side.

comment Diagnosis of slow brake leak
@NickC Sound advice, I'm not trying to go blind. I know brake fluid is some nasty stuff.

That is probably a good idea to avoid having to replace the caliper which is significantly more expensive

The bleeder screw is not open that was the first thing I had checked. I'm considering just replacing both to not have to worry about it

comment Timing belt changed, won't start
had the timing belt replaced at a shop once and the car was returned to me running rough, the mechanic said it was due to the ecu needing to adjust but actually they had replaced the spark plugs in the wrong order. after swapping them to the correct order the car ran great, just something to check before jumping to the bent valves assumption.

I saw your update about the d16A and noticed your comment about the kick in performance at 4K+ RPMs and was wondering about that. Check online there are a ton in the US that should still be available.
