comment What is the Magic ON temperature for Electric Fans?
Ideally you want to calibrate your electric fan to turn on soon enough to avoid big temperature fluctuations, but not so soon that you risk it always trying to turn on before your thermostat is even open, as I mentioned before. If you want perfection it could very well take some playing around. When you're at cruising speeds the wind might be enough to keep your coolant temperature from going above 185. Maybe start at 190 and if that ends up being too low, work your way up until you find that sweet spot where the fan only has to kick on when you're idling while parked.

comment Does a small amount of dried coolant warrant replacing block heater, radiator and hose Or can I use K-Seal?
I suppose it doesn't merit a -1. Here's my gripe, the question doesn't specify how much coolant there is or what it looks like so your first paragraph seems presumptuous. If you edit it I'll be able to remove my downvote.

-1, If there is no apparent fluid missing after 6 months, assuming that it's a leak and not just a spill is hasty and poorly thought out.

comment Does the Timing Chain Need to be Replaced on the 2008 Toyota Sequoia at 90,000 Miles?
According to your question.. you went to your mechanic to ask him how much it would cost, and he gave you a quote. If you're certain yours has the chain, just opt not to have it replaced.
