Wipers not working on timer If it's a blown fuse, it would more than likely be in the fuse panel inside of your car. The relay panel is usually found under the hood of the car, next to the computer. The way the relay works and is wired depends on the car. You can always try replacing it if there is one, but it's not guaranteed to work. If the relay isn't getting power, then you've got a short somewhere. Again, the wiring depends upon the car. I tried to get the Polo mechanic manual for you from here, but you apparently have to enter into a contract with Volkswagen to get the manuals. |

Cooling fans not running If you're lucky, you may be able to find a garage that will run the scanner on it for you. I know that we don't charge for running tests if we can't fix the problem. |

Cooling fans not running That works, too. It wouldn't be the first or last time someone has done it. :P |

Cooling fans not running It could be working for reading the temperature and displaying it, but not working when it comes to turning the fans on. If that's the case, I would say it's probably something with the PCM. If you're lucky, you might can find a junked car with a used PCM that still works, rather than having to buy a new one. They can be pretty expensive. |
