Throttle cuts in and out on highway. fuel pump has good pressure. mechanic says possibly the fuel regulator.

There's also the possibility of throttle sensor, MAP/MAF sensor, coil, timing... need more info here –  Drake Clarris Jul 10 '13 at 5:13
